1. While trying to log in an error message displays "Please Enter Correct UserName And Password. "?
Answer   Either your Account is disabled for some reasons or we have not received your payment for the purchased product or your user-id and password are wrong. For details please contact United EP office.
     
2. I have purchased United Lifestyle Package and have also sold United Lifestyle Package to two other Associates. Purchasing Associates are working very hard and I am getting commissions due to the business generated by them. Would I continue to earn commissions forever, if I keep on maintaining my qualifying conditions every year?
Answer   Any person, who wishes to join United EP as an Associate and wants to be engaged in promotion of our company & products, is given incentives . But the commissions earned by an individual are directly proportional to his/her involvement in the promotion . If any Associate is not actively involved in promotional activities, by not participating in any event organized by United EP/ United EP leaders or not conducting any event by himself / herself or reluctant to Teach / Train / Help personally sponsored or down-line Associates in promoting the United EP, the company reserves the right to deny commissions without any intimation to such Associates. In that condition the decision of United EP would be the final. In this case an Associate will enjoy the product for entire purchased period. However, he can renew the product in the next year but still the decision of the company to debar him from the commissions would remain unchanged. All our Associates are requested to write to us in case they are aware of any such case.
     
3. I feel misguided by a United EP Associate and want to get my cost paid towards the Purchased Product back, what should I do?
Answer   After taking all the information from any United EP Associate or after attending any meeting it is your duty to verify all details with your Selling Associate. Then you must visit our website www.unitedep.biz by yourself and reconfirm all the information / details given to you by yourself. Must go through our Legals (Terms and Conditions) and FAQs properly before purchasing our product. You should deliver the Bank Draft and signed in DECLARATION on the Invoice Form for purchase of our product only after getting complete satisfaction with our product. It should be noted that company is not responsible for any kind of false commitment/information made/provided by any Associate. We do not have control over the functioning of each and every Associate so, it is your duty to make sure that you have been provided with the correct information.
     
4. I have sent the Cost of an UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE Through Demand Draft  and Invoice Form but the status shows that my account is still not activated?
Answer    It means you might have sent us the Invoice Form without duly signed in DECLARATION contained in the Invoice Form. The DECLARATION must be signed by you and verified by your Selling Associate. You are requested to send us DECLARATION duly signed in on the Invoice Form within 20 days from the date of registration of Purchase, otherwise your Product will be disabled.
     
5. What happen if I could not attend Conventions / Seminars / Workshops organized by United EP due to some unavoidable circumstances?
Answer   If you want to participate in our Business / Mission, it is mandatory requirement to attend majority Conventions / Seminars / Workshops organized by United EP in a year, failing which you will be denied from some/all of the  benefit of all your organizational sales. The decision of the company in the regard would be final. However, if you do not wish to participate in promotion of our Business / Mission and Just want to LEARN through our courses, this is not required for you to attend these events.
     
6. How many Quizzes a Paid Associate needs to pass successfully in a year (from the date of registration) to continue to get the benefit of the Business generated, if any?
Answer   Every year a Paid Associate needs to pass the final Quiz of at least three courses.
     
7. How can I upgrade my Purchased Product (UNITED STUDENT's PACKAGE to UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE)?
Answer   Kindly login your Associate area, then go to account upgrade and fill in the form with all the details. Then, send us the required amount through a Bank Demand Draft along with duly signed in DECLARATION on the Invoice Form .
     
8. How much time do I have to send the money for the purchased product?
Answer   Once you register to buy any one of our products, you will get the full product delivered to you online through the internet instantaneously. You get 20 days from the date of registration  to send the payment. If we do not receive the cost of the product within 20 days, it would be considered that you are no longer interested in our product and hence your product would be withdrawn.
     
9. Is it necessary to help Free Students to pass online Quiz on Fundamental  EP Package to earn commissions for the next year by an Associate?
Answer   Yes, each Free Student sponsored by an Associate will have to pass the final Quiz of at least one course.
     
10. How many Free Students are to be sponsored by an sPaid Associate to get the commissions continued for the next year?
Answer   An Paid Associate will have to sponsor two Free Students and help them to pass the Quiz to get the commissions continued for the next year.
     
11. How can I get my lost password or ID?
Answer   You can take it on phone or by email after verifying your account details.
     
12. Can an United EP Associate share information of any other Programme / Business or sign up other United EP Associate in any other similar Programme / Business?
Answer   No, this is absolutely not permitted. If any complaint is received that any United EP Associate is sharing information with other United EPAssociates of any other Programme / Business, then all the ongoing commissions from the company, will be denied to him/her with immediate effect without any notice. 
     
13. As many Associates are earning very good income through United EP business opportunity so can I advertise indicating you may earn some amount per month or per week for attracting new Associates?
Answer   No, this is not legal to advertise any earnings as United EP incentive plan depends upon real hard work, which includes learning from the Company and then Teaching / Training / Helping to others as Many Associates may not do what is required to be successful, so they will not earn anything. It is very important to understand everything about United EP Mission / Business before promoting United EP Business / Mission. In case, you invite any legal problem due to any bad advertisement / promotion or due to lack of knowledge to explain / express our Business / Mission to Law enforcing Authorities, company will not be responsible for the same.
     
14. Can we sell our product to Associates from countries outside India?
Answer   Yes, you can sell our online products to Associates outside India. Associates who want to promote United EP Business / United EP mission outside India must follow their Country / Province / State Law / Rules.

     
15. I have not submitted the photocopy of my PAN card. Would I be eligible to receive my commission cheques/TDS certificate?
Answer   If you have not submitted a photocopy of your PAN card, then please send it as soon as possible. We will not issue any commission cheque / TDS certificate in absence of proof of your PAN card.
     
16. I have sold United Lifestyle Package to many people in my organization; still I have not received any comissions. Why?
Answer   You start receiving commission only when you fulfill the criteria fixed for commission earning. In order to receive your first commission cheque you must have three sales in your sale organization in 1:2 or 2:1 ratio in both legs and out of these three sales two sales must be directly sponsored by you.
     
17. I have seen online the last commission earned but I have not received it yet.
Answer   If you are 18 years of age and have sent us the photocopy of your PAN card  & a fuuly filled Online Transfer/ NEFT form with the required documents. If you do fulfill the mentioned conditions and still have not received your commissions within this period then send / post your query at support column.
     
18. Who is a Free Student?
Answer   Anybody who has been registered with free package is free students.
     
19. Who is a Paid Associate?
Answer   A Paid Associate is one who has Purchased United Lifestyle Package of Rs.7903- (INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES).Paid Associate is provided access to our courses, genealogy and all our services throughout the Purchased Period. Paid Associate can also earn through Retail and Binary Compensation Plans, if they wish to promote our Business / Mission.
     
20. Can I join any other Marketing company dealing with same/different product ?
Answer   No, you can not join any other Marketing company selling same/different product or any other business of similar nature. If we receive any complaint against you that you have joined any other Marketing company or business of similar nature then you would lose your right to get any further commissions from United EP. However, you may continue to enjoy online learning through product purchased by you for the entire purchased period.
     
21. By purchasing more than one UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE in my name, can I create Multiple Business Centers in my organization to create more income?
Answer   No, you can not buy more than one UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE. As purchasing of more than one United EP Package for creation of Multiple Business Centers in your organization to generate more income is not allowed and violation of this would result in cancellation of all the created Multiple Business Centers without any notice.
     
22. What will happen if any Associate is found to involve in anti-company activities?
Answer   This is very serious, if any Associate is found not following our LEGALS (Terms and Conditions) / FAQs or found to indulge in any anti-company activity in any manner or found disturbing the private or public business meeting or free teaching seminar organized by Associates or by the company, all the ongoing commissions from the company, will be denied to him / her with immediate effect and without any notice. However, he / she may continue to enjoy online learning of Purchased Product for the entire purchased period.
     
23.  I have sent the Bank Demand Draft along with invoice but the status shows that my Purchased Product has still not been activated?
Answer   Your Invoice and demand draft has not reached to company.
     
24. In order to advertise United EP Business / Mission through the print media do I need to seek any permission from the company?
Answer   Before advertising you must send us the advertisement material for approval. Severe action would be taken if we observe any bad advertisement (which violates any of the law of the land or public policies) without permission of the company.
     
25. Is it necessary to follow LEGALS(TERMS AND CONDITIONS) and other information given on the website www.unitedep.biz for promoting United EP Business/Mission?
Answer   This is mandatory to follow our LEGALS(TERMS AND CONDITIONS), FAQs and other information given on our website. Any anti-company activities or non performance of any activity /activities as required by United EP by any United EP Associates would amount to suspension / cancellation of on going commissions. Decision of the company in this regard would be final.
     
26. How much time does it take to get my earned commissions?
Answer   Maximum 10 days, if not received Please Contact Admin Office.(Your NEFT details should reach the office)
     
27. Could I share information which is not given on our Website ‘www.unitedep.com’ but provided by our senior / up-line leaders or others for the promotion of United EP Business / Mission?
Answer   No, Only information available at our website related to Company is to be shared.
     
28. I am organizing several weekly Business / Product meetings for my Associates and their Guest for promotion of United EP Business / Mission. Do I need to inform about these meetings to the company?
Answer   All Diamond and above Associates must inform all the Business / Product meetings organized by him / her every month.
     
29. I have purchased United Student's Package . Can I sell UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE?
Answer   Yes you can sell UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE, but to get commissions through our binary compensation plan you need to upgrade your package to UNITED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE For more details check the BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY link on www.unitedep.biz.
     
30. I am a Free Student. Can I sell EP packages?
Answer   NO.
     
31. Can I get Commission under Retail Compensation Plan by selling United Student's Package?
Answer   Yes. Under Retail Compensation Plan you will get commissions. (please see the BUSINESS OPPRTUNITY on www.unitedep.biz)
